Winter Weather Advisory issued February 15 at 10:36PM EST until February 16 at 4:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Freezing rain changing to rain early Sunday morning.
Additional ice accumulations less than one tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible.
Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages. The latest road conditions for the state you are
calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
