Winter Weather Advisory issued February 15 at 7:17PM EST until February 16 at 12:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations around one
tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Downed tree limbs and
isolated power outages are possible on the ridgetops.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing rain will changeover to rain in the
valleys late this evening. Maximum ice accumulation will be on the
ridgetops.
