High Wind Watch issued February 15 at 7:20PM EST until February 17 at 12:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...West winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts 50 to 60 mph possible.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts will occur just
behind the cold front Sunday afternoon, but gusty winds will
continue into Monday.
