Winter Weather Advisory issued February 15 at 3:10PM EST until February 16 at 12:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow and sleet accumulation
up to one inch and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wintry mix will changeover to rain in the
valleys this evening into tonight. Maximum ice accumulation will
be on the ridgetops.
