Flood Watch issued February 15 at 10:47AM EST until February 16 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey,
Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas,
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Beaver,
Fayette, Greene, Westmoreland, Washington, and West Virginia,
including the following areas, Brooke, Preston, Tucker, Hancock,
Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, and Wetzel.

* WHEN...Through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- One and one half to two inches of rain is expected today
through Sunday.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
