Winter Weather Advisory issued February 15 at 6:22AM EST until February 16 at 9:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations up to a quarter of an
inch, with locally higher amounts on ridgetops.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Downed tree limbs and
isolated power outages are possible on the ridgetops.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ridgetops will see higher ice totals ranging
from one quarter inch to one third of an inch.
Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road
