Flood Watch issued February 14 at 3:00PM EST until February 16 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum and Noble,
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Fayette,
Greene, Washington and Westmoreland, and West Virginia, including
the following areas, Brooke, Preston, Tucker, Marion, Marshall,
Monongalia, Ohio, and Wetzel.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- One and one half to two inches of rain is possible Saturday
into Sunday.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
