Winter Weather Advisory issued February 14 at 1:25PM EST until February 16 at 9:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations between
a tenth and a quarter of an inch.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 9 AM Saturday to 9 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Travel could be nearly impossible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ridgetops will see higher ice totals ranging
from one quarter inch to one third of an inch.
