Special Weather Statement issued February 13 at 6:52AM CST by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
The combination of northerly breezes and cold air mass in place
has resulted in wind chill values in the upper teens to lower 20s
this morning. Make sure to dress accordingly if planning to go
outside. These values could stay for another three hours before
getting into the mid 20s to lower 30s late this morning.
