Winter Weather Advisory issued February 12 at 9:39PM EST until February 13 at 4:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Little or no additional snow and sleet
accumulation. Ice accumulation around a light glaze.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Untreated sidewalks
could be icy from a light glazing of freezing rain.
