accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around a light
glaze.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 11 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
