Winter Weather Advisory issued February 11 at 10:15PM EST until February 13 at 4:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations up to one tenth
of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 4 PM Wednesday to 4 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
