Winter Weather Advisory issued February 11 at 2:59PM EST until February 13 at 4:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations of a glaze up
to 0.15 inches. The highest ice amounts will occur on ridgetops.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 4 PM Wednesday to 4 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will gradually rise above
freezing early Thursday morning for most, but freezing rain could
linger through daybreak in northeast PA.
