Description
The Greenfield Township, Fairfield County, Ohio, Trustees give notice that a Public Hearing will
be held on February 10, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Greenfield Township Fire Department, 3245
Havensport Road, Carroll, Ohio 43112, regarding:
“Amend the Greenfield Township Zoning Resolution, Section 310.06, A. Lot
Area, from a minimum of one-and-one-half (1.5) acres to a minimum of two
(2.0) acres.”
Additional information is available for inspection and copying upon request to the Zoning
Inspector at 4663 Carroll-Cemetery Road, Carroll, Ohio 43112.
All residents have a right to appear in person or by representation to question the board or give
testimony for or in opposition to the change or appeal.
