Winter Storm Watch issued February 4 at 1:30AM EST until February 6 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Significant icing possible. Total snow accumulations up to
one inch and ice accumulations between one tenth and two tenths of
an inch possible.
* WHERE...Mercer, Armstrong, and Butler Counties.
* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice. Travel could be nearly impossible, especially on untreated
roads and surfaces. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
