Description
This is a new program being offered in Monroe County to assist with transportation to medical appointments for residents that do not qualify for other transportation programs. You can sign up for the Care Connects transportation program through MCTA. Please see attached application or apply online.
Care Connects is a partnership between MCTA and Pocono Mountains United Way and provides transportation to medical appointments and pharmacy visits for individuals who do not qualify for other MCTA transportation programs. There are no income or age restrictions, so it is an excellent opportunity to assist individuals who are just getting by and don’t qualify for other transportation assistance. This program is good for trips that begin and end in Monroe County only and was made possible by funding from Sanofi.
