Special Weather Statement issued January 31 at 3:04PM EST by NWS Cleveland OH
Patchy to areas of dense fog will continue through the evening
commute. Visibilities will be reduced to a quarter mile or less
in some spots and those traveling late this afternoon into this
evening should be prepared for rapid changes in visibility.
