Southbound Route 28 Single-lane Restrictions Begin Monday in Allegheny County
Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing a single-lane restriction on southbound Route 28 in O’Hara Township, Sharpsburg and Aspinwall boroughs, and the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will begin Monday, February 3 weather permitting.
A single-lane restriction will occur on southbound Route 28 from just south of the Highland Park Bridge/Aspinwall (Exit 6) interchange continuing approximately one-half mile and will occur from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday, February 3-6. Crews will conduct fiber optic cable work.
