Flood Watch issued January 30 at 3:19AM HST until January 31 at 6:00PM HST by NWS Honolulu HI

...FLOOD WATCH FOR ALL HAWAIIAN ISLANDS THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...All the main Hawaiian islands.

* WHEN...Through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Flood prone roads and other low lying areas may be
closed due to elevated runoff and overflowing streams. Urban areas
may receive more significant flooding and property damage due to
rapid runoff.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A strong winter low pressure system passing by to the north
of the state, will drag a strong cold front from northwest to
southeast down the island chain tonight and Friday. Heavy
rainfall and thunderstorms developing along and ahead of the
front will bring the potential for flash flooding to the
state.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
