An ice jam may cause water to infiltrate the lowlands along the

* WHAT...Flooding caused by ice jams or ice shoves is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of western New York, including the following
counties, Niagara and Northern Erie.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Tuesday.

to a lake seiche is causing ice movement on Lake Erie. It is
possible that ice will be pushed onshore along the immediate Lake
