Description
Jordan Tax Service, Inc., is preparing to mail out the Trash Billing Fee invoices to resident/homeowners and should be received by the end of next week.
The 2025 Trash Billing Fee is $334.60 for the current year.
Jordan Tax Service, Inc., will be collecting trash payments in the Community Center on Friday, February 28, 2025 - 9AM to 12PM.
Please note the following important deadlines:
Last Day to take a 5% Discount – February 28, 2025.
Last Day to pay at Face Value – March 31, 2025*.
Installment Payment Dates: March 31, 2025, June 30, 2025, September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
*Any payment submitted on or after April 1, 2024 will be subject to a 10% penalty/interest and/or additional service fees.
Please refer to your Trash Bill for payment methods and specific amounts.
