Reminder calls will be complete by Jan 28th anyone who has not signed a property waiver and has feral stray cats needing fixed and wellness exams please have waivers returned before January 28th 2025
This is a FREE event to try to put the poulation of feral cats at a control status,we do not keep the cats we offer to use our man power traps and time to catch all the cats needing spayed neutered in all communities as follow Inglis including as far as Tuckaho (known as Glaciar Shores)area, north US 19 and C40A all of Yankeetown and all of West River road up to the barge canal bridge. Regardless if in Citrus county or out of city limits. Ferals are out of control with a property release waiver signed we can make a difference. Also we are covered on our own insurance and inform you that WE (Operation cat nip and Red river along with Inglis Animal control) will be handling all baiting trapping and transport to the clinic in Gainesville where each cat will get spayed neutered wellness exam and rabies vac and after recovery they will be returned to their natural habitat to carry thru their life with no worries of populating. With everyones effort we can make this a sucessful turn out. The goal is at least 200 ferals. So please if need a waiver come to Inglis animal control Monday or Tuesday 8:30am- 10:00am.
Thank you all for your time.
Kind regards,
Sheryl with Town of Inglis Animal Control
