First Quarter 2025 Water Bills Update

As mentioned earlier today, the 1st Quarter (January) water bills have been issued. If you have any questions about your water usage or the billed amount, please contact the billing department for assistance.
A few notes regarding paperless bill delivery:
- If you're using the online portal, you should have received an email notifying you that your bill is ready. However, you will still receive a paper copy in the mail.
- If you'd prefer to go completely paperless, we can update your delivery method. Simply reach out to Erin at City Hall to make the change. You can contact her at 386-228-2393 or email vendors@lakehelen.org.
If you have auto-draft set up, please be aware that the delayed billing this quarter may impact your payments. Be sure to confirm that your auto drafts are processed before February 12th.
