Description
The Hines/Bull Canal Dover Owner LLC Preliminary Land Development Plan for the York Industrial Development Warehouses received a review extension at the October 28, 2024, Board of Supervisors Meeting, which granted an extension until January 27th, 2025, for action on the plan. The developer is still working through design conditions, and the plan is not yet ready for review by the Board of Supervisors. This is not uncommon for a plan of this magnitude. The developer has supplied the Township with a standard time waiver extension, which does not specify an end date. This type of extension is typically supplied by the applicant when the land development plan is filed with the Township. The developer has the right to terminate the extension within 45 days of notification. This extension will be on the Board’s agenda on Monday, January 27th, 2025, for approval. Additional posts will be made regarding the status of the plan’s placement on the Board of Supervisors agenda as information becomes available to our staff.
