Freeze Watch issued January 22 at 2:16PM EST until January 24 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Tampa Bay Ruskin FL
* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
31 expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as
low as 25 possible.
* WHERE...Coastal Levy and Inland Levy Counties.
* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM
EST Thursday. For the Freeze Watch, from Thursday evening through
Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
