Cold Weather Advisory issued January 22 at 4:30AM EST until January 22 at 12:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 15 below zero
expected.
* WHERE...Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon,
Perry, and York Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon EST today.
* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia are possible if precautions
are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The lowest wind chills will be during the
early morning hours today.
If you must go outside, dress in layers. Cover exposed skin to
reduce your risk of frostbite or hypothermia.
