Cold Weather Advisory issued January 20 at 10:37PM EST until January 22 at 12:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia are possible if precautions
are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The lowest wind chills will be during the
late night and early morning hours.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
