Winter Storm Warning issued January 20 at 3:07AM CST until January 21 at 6:00PM CST by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected I-35 Corridor and
Coastal Plains. Total snow and sleet accumulations from and
dusting up to 1 1/2 inches and total ice accumulations around one
tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...I-35 corridor and Coastal Plains
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 PM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday
morning and evening commutes. Refreezing is expected Tuesday
evening.
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can

Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use
extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
