Description
Special Weather Statement issued January 19 at 7:10AM EST by NWS Tampa Bay Ruskin FL
At 710 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles west of Rainbow Lakes Estates to 20
miles west of Homosassa to 56 miles northwest of Beacon Square.
Movement was east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Inverness, Wildwood, Bushnell, Homosassa Springs, Beverly Hills,
Inverness Airport, Crystal River Airport, Black Diamond, Homosassa,
Inverness Highlands South, Inverness Highlands North, Hernando,
Sugarmill Woods, Lake Panasoffkee, Inglis, Coleman, Arbor Lakes,
Lecanto, Citronelle, and Leisure Acres.
