Winter Storm Warning issued January 19 at 5:33AM EST until January 20 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Mount Holly NJ
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
8 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 1 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates to an inch per hour should
develop at times this afternoon. Temperatures are expected to fall
into the teens tonight and remain below freezing for several days.
As a result, icy and slippery conditions may persist even after
precipitation has ended.
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
