Cold Weather Advisory issued January 19 at 3:38AM EST until January 22 at 12:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 15 below zero
expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Monday to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia are possible if precautions
are not taken.
If you must go outside, dress in layers. Cover exposed skin to
reduce your risk of frostbite or hypothermia.
