Special Weather Statement issued January 14 at 9:13PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 913 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking snow showers along a line
from 15 miles southeast of Ligonier to near Waynesburg, or along a
line from 24 miles southeast of Latrobe to near Waynesburg, moving
southeast at 30 mph.
Locations impacted include...
Morgantown, Uniontown, Connellsville, Waynesburg, Westover,
Kingwood, Star City, Terra Alta, Monessen, California, Donora,
Mount Pleasant, Scottdale, Monongahela, Charleroi, Masontown,
Youngwood, West Newton, Bentleyville and Brownsville.
Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.
