REMINDER!
Please submit your LEAD SURVEY by January 15th if you have received a letter from the Borough. In some instances, your landlord may have received this letter. It is important that we receive these to complete our inventory to submit to the EPA. If you are unable to complete the survey currently, please contact Lindsay at 717-359-5101 ext 320 or email at dataentry@littlestownboro.org
If you are unable to use the QR code to complete your survey, you may use the link below to complete your survey OR email your name, address and photo to dataentry@littlestownboro.org
If you live in Stoners Farm, Appler, Meadowview, Heritage Hills 1 & 2, Crescent Lane & Starlite Drive you do NOT need to submit a survey. If you have already completed this, please disregard.
