* Special Marine Warning for...
Big Island Windward Waters...
Kaiwi Channel...
Maui County Leeward Waters...
Maui County Windward Waters...
Oahu Windward Waters...
Pailolo Channel...
* Until 415 AM HST.
* At 208 AM HST, strong thunderstorms over the Maui County windward
waters are moving southwest at 20 knots, and could enter the Kaiwi
Channel and Oahu windward waters in the next couple of hours.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
* Locations impacted include...
Kahului Harbor, FAD Buoy O, FAD Buoy N, FAD Buoy HO, FAD Buoy Q,
Cape Halawa, FAD Buoy T, and FAD Buoy DD.
Prepare for gusty winds, steep and fast-building seas, and blinding
downpours. Stay low or go below, and make sure all on board are
wearing life jackets.
