Freeze Watch issued January 8 at 2:27AM EST until January 9 at 8:00AM EST by NWS Tampa Bay Ruskin FL
* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
31. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30
possible.
* WHERE...Coastal Levy, Inland Citrus, and Inland Levy Counties.
* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 9 AM EST this morning. For
the Freeze Watch, from late tonight through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
