Winter Weather Advisory issued January 7 at 12:35PM EST until January 9 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between
3 and 7 inches in the most persistent lake effect bands.

* WHERE...Crawford and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect snow is expected to be heaviest
tonight into Wednesday. Snowfall rates may exceed 1 inch per hour
at times.

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission strongly encourage motorists to heed all travel
restrictions and delay unnecessary travel. Visit www.511pa.com for
the latest travel, roadway, and traffic conditions.

During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locally
heavy snow to dry weather just a few miles away. Visibilities can
also vary greatly. Be prepared for rapid changes in weather,
visibility, and road conditions.
