* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations 1 to 2 inches.
* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Washington and Westmoreland Counties. In
West Virginia, Ohio County.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday evening commute.
