The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Snow Squall Warning for...
Southeastern Mercer County in northwestern Pennsylvania...
Southern Venango County in northwestern Pennsylvania...
Northwestern Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
Northwestern Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania...
Butler County in west central Pennsylvania...
Central Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania...
Beaver County in western Pennsylvania...
Central Lawrence County in western Pennsylvania...

* Until 245 PM EST.

* At 156 PM EST, a snow squall was located along a line from 9 miles
south of Oil City to over Industry, or along a line from 8 miles
northwest of Knox to 7 miles southwest of Beaver Falls, moving
southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading
to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind
gusts up to 35 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially hazardous
within minutes.

* Locations impacted include...
McCandless Township, Cranberry, Moon Township, New Castle, Butler,
Franklin Park, Oil City, Aliquippa, Beaver Falls, Grove City,
Franklin, Monaca, Clarion, Knox, Rimersburg, Hampton Township,
Economy, Ellwood City, Ambridge and Wexford.

Slow Down! Rapid changes in visibility and road conditions are
expected with this hazardous snow squall. Be alert for sudden
whiteout conditions.

Reduce your speed and turn on headlights! During snow squalls, the
visibility may suddenly drop to near zero in whiteout conditions.
