Description
We would like to inform you that there will be a delay in the issuance of water bills due to the ongoing installation of new water meters and the integration of updated billing software. As a result, the January water bills will not be mailed on the usual schedule.
We expect to have all bills mailed by mid January. In light of this delay, we are also extending the payment due date to allow sufficient time for all customers to receive and review their bills.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our services with the new meters and software. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
