Wind Advisory issued December 30 at 12:55AM EST until December 30 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST early this morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Secure outdoor objects.
