* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to
one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze.
* WHERE...Portions of central Delaware, northeast Maryland, and
southern New Jersey.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
