Special Weather Statement issued December 24 at 5:50AM EST by NWS Mount Holly NJ
Weak low pressure moving across the region this morning may
produce a brief period of snow and freezing rain across parts of
southeast New Jersey, central Delaware and the eastern shore of
Maryland. While any accumulations will be very light, cold road
temperatures may result in very slippery conditions within a short
period after precipitation starts. Anyone with travel plans
should use extra caution and allow extra time.
Temperatures should rise above freezing by midday.
