Description
It is very important that we receive responses for the Lead & Copper Rule Project. We are required to submit all inventory within the borough to EPA. If you have not already submitted your water line, please use this link http://www.littlestownborough.org/departments/lead-survey
Submission Deadline is January 15th.
If you need help with your submission, you can do one of the following
1. Take a picture of your water line that is coming into your house (the line coming in and connecting to your water meter) and come into the office with the device the image is on, and we will help submit the form OR email the image to dataentry@littlestownboro.org - be sure to include property owner name, address and phone number in the email.
2. If you can't access the QR Code within your letter, you can access the survey on our website with the link above.
3. If you cannot take a picture, please call Lindsay 717-359-5101 ext 320 to get on the list for a future appt for our department to come to your home and take the image. You may also email this request.
If you have already spoken with Lindsay and requested to be placed on the list, please disregard this notice.
If you live in Stoners Farm, Appler, Meadowview, Heritage Hills 1 & 2, Crescent Lane & Starlite Dr - you do NOT need to submit the survey.
If you do NOT live in the developments listed above but you know your line is copper, please still submit the survey.
