Special Weather Statement issued December 17 at 3:10AM EST by NWS Melbourne FL
Satellite imagery and surface observations indicate low clouds and
fog are leading to reduced visibilities as low as one half of a
mile across portions of Volusia, Lake, Seminole, Orange, and
Osceola counties.
If you encounter fog while driving, slow down, use low beam
headlights, and increase following distance. The fog is expected
to linger through the early morning commute before gradually
lifting within an hour or two after sunrise.
