Volusia County to Distribute Holiday Meals to Veterans

Volusia County’s Veterans Services Division will celebrate the holidays by distributing meals to 60 veteran families.
Each box, which can feed a family of six, has been donated by the Volusia Basket Brigade, a nonprofit organization that prepares and delivers holiday boxes to families in need. With proof of military service, veterans can pick up a box of food at these Veterans Services offices from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Wednesday, Dec. 18, on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies last:
• 110 W. Rich Ave., DeLand
• 1845 Holsonback Drive, Daytona Beach
• 717 W. Canal St., New Smyrna Beach
• 2150 Eustace Ave., Deltona
