Special Weather Statement issued December 12 at 6:36AM CST by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
With the wind decoupling overnight into early this Thursday
morning, temperatures have managed to reach the freezing mark and
even below of the 32 degree value over most of South Central
Texas. Expect another hour or so with temperatures in the lower
30s before reaching the mid to upper 30s by 8 AM.
