Tri-County Industries is still in the process of delivering refuse and recycling carts to Borough of Edinboro residents. Again, these carts are a free, optional service. If you wish to opt out of use of the carts, please contact Tri-County at 1-800-457-8202 and they can pick up any delivered carts.
Refuse carts will be ALL brown. They will place it at the end of your driveway and there is a serial number that is coordinated with your address.
Recycling carts have been delivered and these are for recycling only! If used for regular refuse, it will not be collected. There are 4 types of recycling carts:
• brown can with bright blue lid
• brown can with midnight blue lid
• bright blue lid & can
• midnight blue lid & can
