Winter Storm Watch issued December 10 at 10:05AM EST until December 13 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations
in excess of 6 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...In Ohio, Ashtabula Lakeshore County. In Pennsylvania,
Northern Erie and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest snowfall totals are currently
forecast to occur along and north of the Interstate 90 corridor.
Snowfall is expected to be heaviest on Wednesday night.
