Wind Advisory issued December 3 at 9:46PM EST until December 5 at 7:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 45 to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
