Description
The Snow Emergency in the Borough remains in effect.
Maintaining the Borough’s 10 miles of roadway has been particularly challenging during this storm due to the amount of accumulation, the type of snow, and the prolonged snowfall over several days. The Public Works Crew has been working long hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with extended shifts anticipated for Monday and Tuesday as well.
EVEN/ODD PARKING
The usual even/odd parking rules are suspended. There is no requirement to switch sides tomorrow morning. For now, as long as all vehicles are parked on the same side of the street, it will be acceptable.
GARBAGE COLLECTION
Trash pickup is delayed by another day. Monday’s scheduled collection will now occur on Wednesday at the earliest.
